Jim Dandy stores are a local long-standing company operating retail locations with in-house bakery, deli, drink, fuel and convenience items essential for people on the go. The company was started by J.M. Davis Industries, Inc. in 1939 on the waterfront in Beaufort, NC. It is still owned and operated by the Davis family. The business also operates Jim Dandy sister company,  Davis Fuels.
